We Welcome Rachel Oranzi

The Oaks Ministry Board is happy to announce that we have hired Rachel Oranzi from West Grove, Pa.  to be the first Residential House Manager of the first Oaks house.

Our Board has been praying and seeking for God’s chosen woman for many weeks and had asked you, our faithful supporters, to join us. Rachel is passionate about being able to serve Christ in this capacity and is eager to have residents in the house so she can share the love of Christ with them.  We thank God for answered prayers and for Rachel Oranzi and we welcome her to our team. Please keep Rachel in your prayers as she begins this new season in her life.

We are also happy to announce that we have five applications from women who desire to enter into our program. Please pray for our Board as we have begun interviewing and need discernment who God is choosing at this time to enter into the program. Also pray that God will reveal to us the next house He has chosen to be the second Oaks house for I am discovering that there is a great need for more housing to help women in need.

Our Board will be putting the final touches on the “daily program” that will be offered in house. We need to line up the volunteer help.  Please check out our  Volunteer Page and fill out an application if you are interested in being part of our program.  We will need many hands to make this work. Please join us in prayer about this need as well.

I am reminded that a “prayer-less ministry” is a “powerless ministry”.  It is the “effectual, fervent prayers of righteous people that availeth much” (James 5:16) so I sincerely ask you to please keep praying for The Oaks Ministry.

We thank you again for your love, support, prayers and encouragement. We’ve only just begun…….together we can make a difference in our world. All for JESUS!!!

Robin Martin, President of The Oaks Ministry
